Ana Allec is an attorney in the firm’s litigation and transactional groups. Ana served as a judicial fellow for now-retired Judge Sugiyama in the Contra Costa County Superior Court Probate Department. Since earning her license in 2019, Ana’s practice has focused exclusively on estate planning, trust administration, probates, and inheritance disputes. Over the years she has successfully assisted beneficiaries asserting their rights and fiduciaries in administering trusts and estates.
Ana received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was awarded a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Wills & Trusts and Contracts, and the Grotius Award for Academic Excellence in International Law. While in law school Ana served as Managing Editor for the Environmental Law Journal and participated in Mock Trial.
A native from Peru, Ana is fluent in Spanish. She currently serves as Secretary of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL) and is an active member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association (CCCBA). Ana was named Rising Star in 2024 by Northern California Super Lawyers.
A Californian at-heart, Ana enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and (borrowed) cat.
