Mary Nguyen’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She has over a decade of experience in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, advance health care directives, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. In addition, she has represented trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in numerous probate and trust administrations throughout California.
Mary earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now known as University of California College of the Law, San Francisco), where she was awarded the CALI and Witkin Awards for earning the highest grade in her Estate Drafting course. She also earned her LL.M. in taxation with highest distinction from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a merit scholarship recipient. Mary was born and raised in Contra Costa County and is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
